Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of multi-family property management or leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent payments and fees on time.
• Manage delinquencies, payment arrangements and late notices.
• Process NSF checks and notify residents.
• Maintain accurate lease files and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing.
• Assist leasing professionals with leasing, tours and applications.
