Job summary

Atlantic Residential in Atlanta, Georgia seeks an Assistant Manager for Revel Ballpark to assist the Property Manager, maintaining daily leasing operations and accurate rent and deposit reporting.

You will handle resident relations, marketing and administrative tasks, greet prospective residents, show the community, process move-ins/outs, and support a friendly, service‑oriented team with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings on rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate resident records and rents/deposits reporting.
• Greets prospective residents, shows the community, and handles leasing duties.
• Responds to resident inquiries and coordinates with maintenance and vendors.
• Updates reports on move-ins/move-outs, notices, and activity daily.
