Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Manchester at Mansell community in Roswell, GA. This role supports daily property operations under the Community Manager and helps maintain resident satisfaction and retention while contributing to financial performance.

The assistant will assist with leasing, resident relations, and financial administration, and will collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of multi‑family property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent payments and fees on time.
• Manage delinquencies, payment arrangements and notices.
• Assist Leasing Professionals with leasing efforts and tours.
• Process applications and renewals for expiring leases.
• Support monthly/quarterly marketing activity planning.
• Coordinate move‑ins and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and fair housing regulations.
