Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Tucson, AZ to lead leasing and resident experience, guide prospective residents through the process, and help meet occupancy goals. You will participate in community marketing, social media promotion, and off-campus events while ensuring timely communications and adherence to housing contracts.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on customer service and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Marketing, & Resident Experience responsibilities.
• Explain Housing Contract and addendums to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales per LEASE Training guidelines, generate leads, schedule tours, and follow up.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and on/off-campus events.
• Handle property operations tasks like opening/closing checklists, log maintenance, and log packages.
• Adhere to Fair Housing policies and participate in Turn-related activities.
