B.HOM Student Living, Aspire Tucson Apartments in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Community Ambassador to drive resident engagement, assist with leasing, and coordinate community programming.

The role covers leasing support, office duties, and on-call responsibilities, with evenings and weekends required. On-site housing is possible; ideal candidates are student leaders with strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident engagement and programming to enhance the resident experience.
• Build relationships with residents through one-on-one interactions and community involvement.
• Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment.
• Serve as a resource for residents regarding community services and local resources.
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Participate in outreach marketing activities such as housing fairs and campus events.
• Promote the community through social engagement and peer networking.
• Cover scheduled office shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Support daily office functions including customer service and administrative tasks.
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and respond to resident concerns.
• Assist in handling emergency situations as needed.
• Serve as a role model and ambassador for the B.HOM brand.
• Promote a positive and professional image within the community.
• Support conflict resolution and community standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support community success
