Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Gainesville to drive leasing, marketing, and resident experience. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, schedule tours, and support events to maximize occupancy year over year.

You’ll coordinate with Leasing & Marketing to execute campaigns, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional, welcoming community environment. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, communications, accounting, IT, public relations, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills; reliable and self-disciplined.
• Available for evening and weekend hours; summer turnover period.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and provide resident experience to prospects and residents.
• Understand the Housing Contract and related addenda; communicate clearly to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales per LEASE training: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, follow up.
• Promote the community via social media and on/off-campus events; assist email/text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally; maintain a positive community environment and handle resident concerns escalated appropriately.
• Perform daily property operations activities and participate in staff meetings and required events.
