Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. in Gainesville seeks a Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents, guide tours, process leases, and help maximize occupancy year over year.

You will support marketing events, respond to inquiries, coordinate with the Leasing & Marketing Manager, and maintain a positive community environment, including evening/weekend hours and Turn-related activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major is preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Marketing, & Resident Experience: guide prospective residents through the leasing process and promote community.
• Understand Housing Contracts and related addendums; clearly communicate information to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales per LEASE training guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, follow up.
