Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports to make pricing recommendations for optimal rent growth.
• Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and government Fair Housing laws.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered in Entrata for quality follow‑up.
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents using effective marketing techniques.
• Conduct/oversee tours, appointments, leads, and traffic follow‑up to close sales.
• Submit market surveys, marketing calendars, guest cards, and service requests on time.
• Keep all social media channels updated to promote the property.
• Oversee renewal kick‑off, planning events and Community Ambassador zone walks.
