Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Gainesville, FL to guide prospective residents through leasing, assist in marketing, and ensure a superior resident experience. The role supports achieving occupancy goals and requires effective communication, deadline discipline, and time management.

You will engage in tours, lead follow-ups, and coordinate on- and off-campus marketing efforts while upholding Fair Housing practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Must be reliable and have self-discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Must be available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Marketing, & Resident Experience.
• Understand the Housing Contract and related addendums; communicate information to residents and guarantors.
• Close the sale per LEASE guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, follow up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs; represent Landmark Properties professionally.
• Maintain a positive community environment and escalate resident concerns as needed.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists, inspections, and housekeeping when needed.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner; log activities and log packages.
