RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at one apartment community in San Antonio. You will lead staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and resident relations to sustain occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience, or a combination.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, interviewing candidates, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and conducting reviews.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance reporting.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding high service standards.
• Analyze market trends and support marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court representation as needed.
• Manage client/owner relationship, tours, updates, and requests to maintain positive relations.
