The position emphasizes collaboration with the property team, handling rent collections, evictions when needed, and maintaining accurate records in our property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or apartment leasing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications.
• Process applications, credit checks and lease approvals; communicate status.
• Show apartments, close sales and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Manage lease renewals, notices and move-outs; keep records updated.
• Handle rental collections and enforce lease terms; initiate eviction when needed.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and resolve service issues.
• Maintain social media presence and market outreach for the property.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins/outs and peak periods.
