Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, overseeing interviewing, onboarding, training, timesheets, and assessments.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service maintaining high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing on leasing strategies to hit occupancy/revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court proceedings as needed.
• Manage client/owner relationships through updates and property tours.
