Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee one apartment community. You will lead staff, manage operations, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining financial performance.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-family property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. On-site, with a dynamic team, the position reports to the property owner and HR as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi‑family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, conduct onboarding and training, approve timesheets, and perform quarterly and annual reviews.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR support.
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building to boost morale and productivity.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting and provide variance analyses.
• Enhance resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and service requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to resident requests.
