Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred.
• Must present a professional image and be resourceful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Lease apartments and sell property products/services in line with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all dealings.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competitors.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as preferred.
