Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents to the community and coordinate tours.
• Respond to inquiries about leasing and renewals.
• Serve as a central point of communication between residents, management, and maintenance.
