Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to support the Campus LifeWorks program and elevate the living experience for residents. You will work under the Community Management team and collaborate with the Student Population to coordinate events, newsletters, and communications.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encourage resident retention and coordinate events.
• Assist with planning resident programming and newsletters.
• Participate in floor/building events and meetings.
• Provide on-call after hours service as On-Duty RES.
• Conduct rounds and inspect models/market-ready units as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and referrals.
• Assist leasing efforts with tours and paperwork.
• Maintain resident and prospect files.
