Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager for The Revery, the top site-level role responsible for all aspects of property operation. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive operational and financial performance to meet goals.

The position requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• “Client-ready” professional demeanor and presentation; prior client interface experience.
• Detail-oriented with budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under pressure.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site KPIs.
• Manage property to the approved operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive environment that enhances resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction.
