Job summary

Redstone Residential seeks a Community Manager for The Revery, the top site-level role overseeing all property operations in Starkville, MS. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while managing a multifamily community with a proactive, entrepreneurial team.

The role emphasizes KPI monitoring, lease-up oversight, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, maintenance, and leasing staff to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• "Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation; previous client interface experience is required.
• Detail-oriented work ethic with budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under pressure; tech-savvy with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and report performance to leadership.
• Manage property to budget and oversee lease-up phases.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency; enforce policies.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive resident experience and build campus/community relationships.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly property reports to Redstone.
• Lead projects from marketing initiatives to construction-related efforts.
