Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all site-level property operations and drive financial and operational goals. You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and lead leasing, marketing, and renewal efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management with a client-facing, detail-oriented mindset. A fast-paced, collaborative team environment offers growth opportunities and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready demeanor with prior client interface experience.
• Detail-oriented with budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under pressure.
• Experience with common office tools and Google Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and report findings.
• Manage property to the operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive resident experience and build community relations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing to construction initiatives.
