Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager for The Revery, the top site-level leader responsible for all aspects of property operation. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive occupancy, budget adherence, and resident satisfaction.

With 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management, you will lead leasing, marketing, and service initiatives, manage rent collection and delinquency, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Budget ownership and detailed financial reporting.
• Client-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and report performance.
• Manage operating budget and lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Lead staff to deliver excellent resident service.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing to construction initiatives.
