Asset Management & Consulting Serv seeks an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential community in Goose Creek, SC. You will assist with leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while maintaining high property standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 4 years as an assistant manager or equivalent in property management.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to commute to Goose Creek, SC 29445.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Assist in leasing, maintenance coordination and resident relations.
• Use OneSite or similar software to manage leases and tenant records.
• Conduct property inspections and assist in marketing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and track service quality and costs.
• Support events and community engagement initiatives.
