Asset Management & Consulting Serv seeks a highly organized Property Manager to oversee a Section 8 and Tax Credit apartment community in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role emphasizes occupancy goals, financial performance, and exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with housing programs, and coordinating maintenance, reports, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Section 8 and Tax Credit property management and focus on financial performance and customer service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain occupancy and income goals.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills; customer relationship management.
• Proficient with OneSite or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a warm, welcoming manner.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities to achieve occupancy and income goals.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 and State housing policies.
• Oversee property operations and ensure facilities are maintained for residents.
• Manage service requests, make-ready initiatives, maintenance, and capital projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
• Conduct routine inspections for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Manage office supplies and reporting.
