Job summary

Fortis Property Management is seeking a Senior Assistant Community Manager to support a team across their Goose Creek/Moncks Corner properties. The role emphasizes resident relations, financial controls, and on-site administration.

You will work with the Community Manager to optimize performance and ensure investor goals are met with high customer service. The position requires multi-family experience, strong communication, and working knowledge of Yardi or similar software.

Qualifications

• Two or four year college degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-family property management is beneficial.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget.
• Collect rents and other incomes while controlling expenses.
• Ensure bank deposits follow company policy.
• Process invoices weekly and coordinate with Accounting.
• Handle on-site accounting functions and payroll processing.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Manage community in absence of the Community Manager.
• Adhere to Fortis policies and ensure data accuracy.
