Job summary

Anchorage Apartments in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the residential community. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, using OneSite for leases and records, and assist in vendor contracts and property inspections.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset, with marketing duties and event coordination to foster a sense of community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 4 years of assistant manager experience or equivalent.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Assist in leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Use OneSite to manage leases, tenant communications, and records.
• Conduct property inspections for compliance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Handle resident inquiries and vendor contracts for maintenance services.
• Maintain housing program records and assist residents in options.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely property issue resolution.
• Organize community events and assist with outside marketing.
