Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Morristown, NJ. The role supports the Community Manager, drives leasing activity, and helps maintain property operations and resident services.

The candidate will be the Manager on Duty when the Community Manager is unavailable and will coach Senior/Leasing Consultants. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family leasing or related property management, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for enhanced eligibility.
• 2 years multi-family leasing or related property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily community operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Support leasing through sales, coaching, and training.
• Maintain accurate records in information systems (Yardi, Entrata).
• Prepare leasing reports and manage leads daily.
• Ensure property, models, and common areas are well maintained.
