Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and build rapport to determine needs.
• Handle calls and inquiries promptly.
• Process lease applications and verifications.
• Maintain property in immaculate condition.
• Assist move-ins and related paperwork.
• Maintain records in Yardi and Entrata.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork.
• Adhere to policies and Fair Housing regulations.
