Job summary

GRE Management seeks a Resident Experience Manager in Seattle to promote a sense of community and manage the resident life cycle. You are the primary contact for residents before and during their stay, delivering superior service to enhance satisfaction and renewals.

You will oversee move-in orientation, coordinate with maintenance, ensure documentation, and support leasing activities while maintaining GRE Management policies. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in property management.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) - preferred.
• Real Estate license (if required by state regulations).
• May require a Driver's License and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees move-in orientation and ensures documentation is received.
• Coordinates with maintenance to complete make-ready work before move-in.
• Manages make-ready unit status and communicates dates to the Community Director.
• Inspects apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinates item completion.
• Provides excellent customer experience for applicants and residents; follows up on required documentation.
• Monitors lease files for complete documentation and adheres to internal processes.
• Tracks resident satisfaction via NPS surveys and responds to feedback.
• Monitors online reputation and addresses escalated complaints with Marketing.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and coordinates renewal timing with residents.
• Assists Leasing Professionals with showing apartments and gathering guest information.
