Job summary

Essex Property Trust seeks a Community Relations Representative in Seattle to be the primary in-person contact for residents and prospective residents. You will manage communications via CRM and support community operations with excellent service.

Responsibilities include facilitating move-ins/outs, organizing resident events, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with the Community Management Team to meet satisfaction targets. On-site five days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage inquiries via CRM and respond promptly.
• Facilitate move-in/move-out processes and paperwork.
• Promote resident experience with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to support operations.
