Job summary

GRE Management LLC is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to promote a sense of community and oversee the resident lifecycle. You will be the main contact for residents and prospects, delivering superior service to boost satisfaction, renewals, and revenue.

You will coordinate move-ins, liaise with maintenance, monitor NPS, and support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain a strong community reputation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant law is essential.
• Ability to manage administrative and maintenance scheduling.
• Desire to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to operate confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Must work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees move-in orientation and ensures documentation is collected.
• Coordinates with maintenance to complete make-ready work.
• Manage make-ready status and communicate readiness dates.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate outstanding items with maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer experience and timely follow-up on documents.
• Ensure lease files include required documentation and comply with processes.
• Monitor resident satisfaction via NPS surveys and address issues.
• Monitor online reputation and escalate complaints with Marketing.
• Support lease renewal processes and prepare renewal letters.
• Assist Leasing Professional with tours and leasing cycle.
• Promote community engagement and connect residents.
• Assist with evictions related to non-payment.
• Handle resident correspondence with confidentiality.
