Job summary

West Shore is seeking a Resident Services Manager to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents. You will work with the property team to create a welcoming environment and promote community engagement across the property.

The role includes coordinating events, overseeing communications, and ensuring timely responses to resident concerns, while delivering moves-in and renewal gifts and maintaining strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Understand the needs of the resident population and property.
• Flexible to evenings and weekends as needed.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an open and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and vendors to promote retention.
• Acquire knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
• Maintain logs of resident issues and services provided.
• Assist with lease violations under supervision of the Property Manager.
• Prepare and deliver move-in and renewal gifts.
• Foster a strong sense of community and identity for the property.
• Coordinate all resident events (minimum once per month).
• Manage social media and reputation management; oversee monthly newsletters.
• Oversee Kingsley platform and address concerns within 24 hours.
• Greet, tour and lease to prospects and respond to leads.
