Erickson Senior Living in Highland Springs is seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates. You will greet visitors, answer questions, and ensure a warm, welcoming environment across the community.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; handle questions and concerns efficiently.
• Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in an accurate and calm manner.
• Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in a situation (e.g., transportation to hospital).
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Assist with maintaining census information, hospitalizations, deaths, and lists of residents away or returning.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of pickup; ensure mail is dispatched daily.
