Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Communications Specialist (Front Desk). You’ll greet residents, family members and candidates, setting a welcoming tone and ensuring a smooth first impression. Compensation starts at $16.00/hour, with a Monday–Friday 3pm–8pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, answering questions promptly.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; coordinate with on-call physicians as needed.
• Monitor emergency pull cords and track status of residents involved in situations.
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment; maintain census information.
