Job summary

StoryPoint in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and guests. You will answer calls, check in residents, greet visitors, and support the leasing team.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm with occasional shifts. Pay is $15 per hour with comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in receptionist or customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet residents and guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in and greet residents and guests.
• Provide accurate information about facilities and local information.
• Distribute and collect applications to support leasing activities.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and supporting staff as needed.
• Coordinate with the Leasing Team for resident referrals.
• Sort and deliver mail, messages, and packages to residents and staff.
• Maintain professional demeanor and dress code; use emergency procedures when needed.
