StoryPoint in Plano, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to deliver efficient service to residents and guests. This part-time role offers Monday–Friday evenings, 4pm–8pm, at $15 per hour.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting residents, checking in residents, handling mail, coordinating with the Leasing Team, and supporting basic office duties. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required; strong communication and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years related experience or training acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the proper department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees and refer residents to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Assist with basic computing and office tasks as needed.
