Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead resident-focused events, programs, and communications. You will collaborate with the Communications Associate to craft engaging content for the community’s website, newsletters, and social channels, while managing an annual activity budget and partnerships with local organizations.

The role requires onsite work, full-time hours, and the ability to engage residents, volunteers and the Board effectively.

Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
2 years of experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

Create, plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
Develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media).
Produce and manage an annual activity budget.
Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses benefiting residents.
Oversee the amenity center operations including rentals.
Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
Coordinate and support community clubs, groups, and committees.
Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors and engage the community.
