CCMC is seeking an energetic coordinator in Boulder to support events, programming and resident communications for an active adult community. You will work with the Lifestyle Director to foster partnerships and connections through events and communications.

The role requires 1–2 years in event planning or recreation programming, plus 2 years in communications. Flexible hours, evenings/weekends, and a pre-employment screen are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in event planning or recreation programming.
• 2 years creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in recreation, communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute a calendar of events and programs.
• Create content for website, newsletters and social media.
• Support amenity center operations and resident onboarding.
• Assist with club and group management and vendor coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks including payments and communications.
