Job summary

CCMC is seeking a driven events and communications coordinator to collaborate with the Lifestyle Director in a large-scale adult community in Boulder. You will help plan and promote a robust calendar of events and programs that engage residents and strengthen neighborhood partnerships.

You will also create content across the website, newsletters and social channels while supporting the amenity center operations and new resident onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or other related experience.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in recreation, communications, journalism or community development from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Engage in content creation for community communications – website, newsletters, promo materials, social media.
• Support the operations of the amenity center.
• Welcome and assist with new resident experience.
• Provide support for club and group management.
• Administrative duties including vendor management, payment processing, and supporting overall community communications.
