Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead events, programming, and communications in our vibrant Texas communities. You will collaborate with residents, sponsors, and the Board to plan engaging experiences and ensure high-quality programming that aligns with CCMC’s resident-centric vision.

The role requires onsite work, full-time hours, and availability for events outside regular hours. A degree in recreation, communications, or related field is preferred, with 3–4 years of relevant

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in recreation, communications, journalism or community development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and execute a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, social media).
• Manage annual activity budget and coordinate partnerships with local organizations.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals and policies.
• Support clubs, groups, and committees; build strong relationships with the Board.
