Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging programs that build connection and well-being for residents. This creative, hands-on role has visible impact on resident life.

You will assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs; support communications and promotions. You’ll encourage participation and provide Concierge coverage as needed while coordinating transportation and upholding hospitality standards with partners.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred.
Organized communicator with customer-service mindset.
Comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment.
Valid driver’s license; able to lift 25 lbs; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs; support communications and promotions.

Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
