Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator in Scottsdale to help plan and deliver engaging programs that foster connection and well-being for residents. This hands-on role involves supporting communications and promotions for activities and events.

You will assist with setup, drive participation, and coordinate transportation while upholding hospitality standards with partners and vendors. A background in senior living or hospitality is preferred, with 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Organized communicator with customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office/AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of activities and events, including promotions.
• Encourage participation and provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate transportation and uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
