• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, fitness, or residential services.

• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support event setup.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, provide a welcoming front desk experience.
• Enroll residents in programs and process payments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliations.
• Communicate program information, schedules, and amenities to residents.
• Assist with events and setup/cleanup.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and inventory, restock supplies.
• Support marketing by preparing flyers and bulletins.
