Job summary

Greystar in Florida is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of the community, assist with move-ins, the creation and coordination of programs and resident events, and with all aspects of sales and marketing for the community.

You will work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to deliver an outstanding resident experience, coordinate events, respond to inquiries, and help maintain program quality and outreach across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute resident events and programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with coordinating with multiple teams (leasing, maintenance, marketing).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents; assist with office tours as needed.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain guest suite and manage loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/out.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Ensure amenities are tour-ready and ready for resident use.
• Develop and execute events and programs; measure outcomes and impact.
• Maintain local area information for residents and foster vendor relationships.
• Monitor Lifestyle email and coordinate with Life Style Team for timely responses.
• Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and postings for Resident Portal.
