Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator in Scottsdale to support daily community management, assist with move-ins, coordinate resident events and programs, and collaborate with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants on marketing efforts.

You will help develop programs, manage calendars and newsletters, and contribute to resident retention through creative events and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• Greet prospects and residents with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist with tours and move-in processes as needed.
• Coordinate programs, events, and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure comfort while they speak with a team member.
• Answer phone calls, route to appropriate team member, and assist with service‑request callbacks.
