Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator in Atlanta to support day-to-day community management, drive resident engagement, coordinate tours and events, and assist the Community Manager with sales and marketing activities.

You will partner with the Sales Consultants to assist move-ins, create programs, and nurture resident relationships while maintaining high service standards and maintaining calendars and communications for the community.

Responsabilidades

• Greets prospects and residents at the leasing office and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers calls, routes inquiries, and follows up on service requests as required.
• Maintains guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Keeps amenities ready for tours and resident use, and coordinates events.
• Develops and assesses events, services, and programs with clear outcomes.
