Job summary

Perennial Properties is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator in Atlanta to manage the resident events calendar across two communities, handle front-desk coordination, and drive sponsorships to enhance social programming.

You will maintain strong resident communications, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and support life-safety and community notices while building relationships with local vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a resident-facing service or community programming role.
• Experience planning and running events, including budgets and vendor management.
• Comfort with outreach, sponsorship sales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with policy explanation ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and annual events calendar for both communities, including wellness, educational, and social events.
• Plan events end-to-end: budget, setup, catering, entertainment, supplies, staffing, accessibility, cleanup.
