Job description

About Perennial Properties

At Perennial Properties, you’re not just leasing apartments—you’re creating experiences and helping people find a place to call home.

We are a boutique, owner-operated firm managing Class A communities in some of Atlanta’s most sought-after, BeltLine-connected neighborhoods—including Inman Park, West Midtown, and Old Fourth Ward—where our teams have direct access to leadership and the ability to truly make an impact. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your career, earn strong income, and be part of a company that values both performance and culture—this is it.

About the Opportunity

As the Resident Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of the community. You’ll be the first friendly face residents and their families turn to, and the person who makes life at our communities feel connected and vibrant.

You’ll own the full resident events program at both sites, from wellness classes and educational workshops to seasonal celebrations and social gatherings. You’ll also build relationships with local businesses to secure sponsorships that bring those events to life. Day to day, you’ll keep operations running smoothly through front-desk coverage, maintenance coordination, resident communications, and move-in and move-out logistics.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on planning great events, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make a connection.

Why You’ll Love Working at Perennial
  • 50% employee housing discount at select Perennial communities after 30 days
  • 12 days of paid time off, increasing with tenure, plus 8 paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance ($50,000)
  • Supplemental options, including short- and long-term disability, accident, critical illness, and hospital confinement coverage
  • Flexible schedule that balances weekday hours with event coverage
  • A supportive team that values growth, creativity, and great service

Sponsorships & Community Partnerships
  • Secure sponsorships from local restaurants, healthcare providers, financial institutions, retailers, and service providers to fund and enrich events

  • Track sponsorship revenue and in-kind contributions and report results to the Regional Director
Resident Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident questions and concerns, responding within one business day
  • Follow every resident issue through to resolution, keeping residents informed along the way
  • Prepare community notices, service advisories, and monthly newsletters for both sites
