Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Community Director for The Flats Off Country Club in Irving, TX. This role leads day-to-day operations, oversees staff, manages vendor relations, and drives leasing and financial performance to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

You will mentor onsite teams, ensure fair housing compliance, and engage residents with a professional, service-first approach that reflects Bedrock's values.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-family residential properties.
• Ability to mentor and supervise staff to achieve goals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Financial reporting and cost management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Steward the financial management of the community through reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing laws and other regulations.
• Mentor and supervise onsite staff, modeling Bedrock values.
• Communicate company policies and announcements clearly to residents and team.
• Represent Bedrock to residents, vendors, and owners in a professional manner.
• Maintain property systems, records, and vendor interactions on-site.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and property upkeep in a timely manner.
• Respond to issues beyond normal hours to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Drive property performance through resident events and marketing efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
