Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Flats Off Country Club in Irving, TX. You will respond to service requests, perform plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and help maintain parking lots, buildings, and common areas.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with a background in property maintenance and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC technicians.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent validation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification beneficial.
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain property condition across buildings and common areas.
• Use hand and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Assist Groundskeeper with additional tasks as needed.
