Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Flats Off Country Club in Irving, TX. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, conducting tours, and driving leasing and retention at a multi-asset property.

You will collaborate with the Community Director to meet property goals, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming leasing office environment, while upholding company standards and fair housing practices.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused leasing experience or property management experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Willingness to learn and improve leasing traffic and total income.
• Energetic, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident and prospect tours of the property.
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Market the property and manage community reputation through social channels.
• Support daily operations and contribute to achieving leasing targets.
