Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a Lifestyle Director to oversee events, programming and resident engagement at our premier Texas community. You will design and execute an activities calendar, coordinate communications, and build relationships with partners.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in event planning or recreation, strong public speaking, and a BA in a related field. On-site, full-time, with some evenings/weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related field
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in recreation, communications, journalism or community development

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents
• Develop content for the community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media
• Produce and manage an annual budget for activity income and expenses
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses
• Oversee the operation of the amenity center including rentals
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees
• Build a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors
• Be comfortable with public speaking and engagement
